Any information provided (whether given in a message, reading, or any other service or type of event listed on this website) does not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice. Choices, and/or actions based on the content of your message, reading or service provided are your responsibility. The products and services provided by Caleb Raver,  www.CalebRaver.com are presented only as another avenue of alertness, wisdom, motivation, inspiration, and is not to be a substitute for professional care. 

Caleb Raver will not read for anyone under 18 years of age without written consent from a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions. 

The cost of readings may change due to discount promos, special events, long distance traveling, etc. Overall costs will be paid in full prior to your reading. If, for any reason, A proper connection cannot be secured during your reading, Caleb will directly confront the fact that there is a block, or no connection to be made that day, and will happily refund the cost of your reading on the spot. 

***Payment will be collected by Caleb when scheduling the date of your appointment. Your payment will be held as a non refundable deposit to hold your place, as Caleb has to prepare for your reading and holds your spot just for you, preventing other clients from scheduling, which can cause a loss of income. Cancelling your reading will result in losing your deposit. 

***Caleb also understands that medical emergencies can and will happen, and that things do come up, so if your reading is RESCHEDULED, not cancelled, there will be no fee for your first rescheduling. Fees may begin to apply if rescheduling becomes frequent. 

Expectations:

You don’t always get what you want, but you will certainly get what you need!  Go into your reading with only an open mind and heart knowing fully that the person you want most to come through may not be available and another relative, friend, pet or light being may step forward to provide information.  

Any mediumship reading by Caleb Raver is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Your reading is solely for personal use.
2. No portion of your reading shall be used for your commercial benefit.
3. Any unauthorized commercial use by you shall violate Caleb Raver’s rights, including but not limited to, his right of publicity and privacy.
4. Your reading does not authorize you to use Caleb Raver’s name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness, in any manner, on or in products, merchandise, or goods, or for purposes of advertising or selling, or soliciting purchases of, products, merchandise, goods or services.
5. Any unauthorized commercial use of Caleb Raver’s name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness, in any manner, shall result in damages sustained by Caleb Raver.
